ORDERING TERMS & CONDITIONS

JPT Graphics, Inc. (jptgraphics.com) has been in the graphic design and printing business for more than twenty-five years. We recognize four groups of customers:

  • INDIVIDUAL RETAIL CUSTOMERS (everyone who buys our products for their own use). Retail customers are required to submit payment with all orders. Repeat customers are welcome to apply for an account with Net 30 day payment terms.
  • MULTI-FAMILY PROPERTY CUSTOMERS with established credit accounts. Upon credit approval your company may be added to our list of Established Credit Accounts. New customers must prepay their first order, and may then ask to be billed for future orders with net 30 day terms. We charge 1.5% interest per month for late payments. A contact person’s name, address and email address is required.
  • ESTABLISHED BUSINESSES in various sectors (manufacturing, light fabrication, retail sales, service or transportation businesses, etc.)
  • DEALERS (businesses that buy our products and resell them to consumers).

PAYMENT

Payment may be made by check, money order, or credit card. Make checks out to JPT Graphics, Inc. and mail to 212 W. Irving Blvd., Irving, TX 75060.

If paying by credit card, we accept VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. If sending a credit card order by mail, print and fill out the on-line order form completely and sign your name.

Do not send cash.

ONLINE ORDERS

To shop online, begin at www.JPTgraphics.com. You may complete your purchase online with a credit card or print it for mailing with a check or money order. Business customers with established 30-day terms may also complete orders online.

PHONE ORDERS

To place an order by phone, just call toll free (866) 785-1013. Our business hours are 8:30 am to 6:00 pm Central Standard Time Monday through Friday.

FAX ORDERS

Our toll free fax line is (866) 785-8140. You may fax your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Credit card orders or multi-family property purchase orders only. Please do not fax images to be scanned. The quality is not adequate for good results.

MAIL ORDERS

Our online shopping cart makes it easy to send your order by mail. Simply browse the site and add the items to your cart, then take your cart to check out. At the payment step of the checkout process, specify payment by check or money order, and we will prepare a copy of your order that you can print and mail to us with your payment.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Many of our on-line store items ship free. All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. No PO BOXES are allowed for the destination, you must provide a street address.

Certain oversize items require an additional charge. This will be noted on the item page. Free shipping promotions do not apply to oversize charges.

Orders with quantity discounts and international orders are charged actual shipping cost plus a handling fee.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Faster shipping may be available on your item. Check your options in the UPS shipping calculator.

VOLUME DISCOUNTS

For our retail and multi-family property customers buying in larger quantities, we offer price discounts for certain products. CALL FOR QUOTE.

RETURN POLICY & GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept the prompt return of merchandise for refund or exchange on all STOCKED ITEMS.

We guarantee our products to arrive undamaged. If the product is damaged in transit we will replace it as soon as possible. All shipments are insured. However, it is imperative that you follow our guidelines for damaged shipments in order for us to process the claim. If a shipment arrives damaged, you must keep all packaging for the shipping carrier to investigate. Take photos of the damaged packaging and/or product and email them to shipping@jptgraphics.com. If you have received incorrect content (product that you did not order or approve), please follow instructions above, but there is no need to send photos of the packaging if there is no damage.

Below is specific information and instructions for the different categories of items we offer.

PRINTED GOODS & SIGNAGE

If you receive damaged printed goods, follow instructions above. We do not accept returns or offer reprints due to typographic errors that were approved. We take extra measures to ensure accuracy, but errors are still possible. We are not liable for mistakes that were approved. If you receive printed artwork that was not approved, we will replace the mistaken order.

Color variance occurs in full-color printing, and we do not process returns for slight shade inconsistencies. If you are dissatisfied with the color that was printed, you may send us a sample to investigate whether the variance warrants a reprint. JPT cannot be responsible for the difference in color viewed on our customer’s device or monitor.

APPAREL

We do not accept returns or process exchanges on customized apparel for any reason, except if the imprint is different from what was approved. If the sizes and colors received were approved, the sale is final. We are not responsible for size variance between apparel manufacturers.

If you receive incorrect apparel (different from what was approved), or it arrives stained or otherwise damaged (see above), please contact us immediately to receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) and we will get the correct apparel to you as soon as possible.

We DO NOT accept returns on any goods which have been custom made or imprinted. Every effort is made to ensure that your product is produced correctly. All custom orders are manufactured only after having been approved by you, so please proofread your job carefully. Even after your order is approved, it goes through a rigorous 2-step internal proofing process.

PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS

We do not accept returns for promotional products. We offer no warranties on any promotional products. Our promotion experts will always try to match you to the best sources.Please be aware, the least expensive product is not necessarily the best product.

If you wish to return merchandise for any authorized reason above, call our customer service number (866) 785-1013 during office hours, or send a fax or e-mail message for a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number to shipping@jptgraphics.com. No merchandise may be returned without an RMA number.
